Quiet Space
In order to maintain a quiet, tranquil space for all patients, we ask that you: turn cell phones off, keep your voice down in shared areas & respect the privacy and space of others around you.

Payment

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa or Interac.
Prepaid treatment packages and gift certificates are also available.
All prices include HST

Health Insurance

We can issue you a receipt for extended health insurance. Please check with your insurance carrier to confirm you have coverage for Naturopathic visits, massage therapy visits, acupuncture performed by a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, psychotherapy performed by a Registered Social Worker and Naturopathic Supplements (sometimes known as a health spend account).
Please inform us of your coverage, as we make every effort to be conscious of working within your limits.

Scheduling Treatments

Appointments are made by phone, online booking or in person.
Please let us know if you qualify for a student or senior's discount when booking your first appointment.

Lateness

Try to arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for your treatment. Be aware that if you are late, it will cut into your treatment time. If this is your first visit, you can come in 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork.

Cancellation

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. We prefer cancellations by phone. Should you miss your appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged.
We have an ongoing waiting list, and a missed appointment could go to someone in need, provided we have adequate notice in advance
