Dr. Alexandra, ND is a Naturopathic doctor, holistic nutritionist and sociologist. She is a graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, The Institute of Holistic Nutrition, and York University. Her practice focuses on women's health and pediatrics with a particular interest in fertility and reproductive care and has completed further training in this area. 

Dr. Alexandra, ND believes in finding and treating the root of the disease in an individualized approach to health care. Dr. Alexandra, ND's main treatment tools involves clinical nutrition and in depth dietary counselling, acupuncture and traditional Asian medicine, as well as botanical medicine. Dr. Alexandra's primary goal is always to educate her patients and to explain the body's complex processes in ways that patients can understand and relate to. She believes in empowering her patients as the key to their health lies within their own hands.

I am so excited to meet you and hopefully work with you.  I am passionate about supporting you in your journey back to health.  It is my promise to take a holistic approach to your concerns and aim at understanding and treating the root cause of your dis-ease.  
I currently have a general practice with special interest in (but not limited to) mental health, sleep, hormones, MSK, digestive health, weight management, and immune health.  I offer naturopathic care in both Spanish and English.  
 
I offer a complimentary 15 min call to give you insight into how naturopathic medicine works and what it can do for you.

Dr. Andrea, ND is passionate about enabling others to reach their full potential and guiding them on their personal health journey. She believes in equipping her patients with the information they need, while empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. She is ready to support her patients every step of the way, assist them with any barriers to health they may have and help them meet their goals and feel heard.

Dr. Andrea, ND has been certified as a birth doula by York Regional Doulas and has also been certified to provide facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture alongside her degree from CCNM (the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine) here in Toronto.
